At OOPSY, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final once payment has been processed.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchase

• Personal preference

• Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen display differences

Please ensure you review product details before completing your purchase.

2. Exchanges for Defective Items Only

We only offer exchanges for items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Email us at hi@oopsyfit.com

• Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Once received and inspected, we will send a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).

3. Exchange Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Failure to collect the parcel

• Refusal of delivery

We may re-ship the order at the customer’s expense.

5. Processing Time

Approved exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
